Casting Category Feature Film - Low Budget/Independent
We are currently in the pre-production stage of organizing a feature film to be shot in and around the Charleston, West Virginia area.

It is a dark/drama - telling the story of the progression of a woman's strength as she goes through several relationships.

Since our lead actress role is key to the film and is very emotionally demanding, it is imperative to get the right person to portray her. With this in mind, we are starting to look for actresses to fill the part.

This is an independent film.

Three things are "must haves" for the successful applicant:
1) Must be able to portray a wide range of emotions on cue. These include - sadness, fear, hopefulness, and happiness. Also must be able to give a "blank expression" as if someone has given up and accepted her fate.
2) Must be willing to dye her hair. Character is a brunette, and in the film dyes her hair blonde. This is integral to the story, and cannot be changed.
3) Must be okay with kissing several different men on screen.

NOTE: This film is NOT, I repeat, NOT any type of pornography!! This is a serious dramatic project and our actress will be treated with the UTMOST respect. This project's director and producer are both women, and will both go to great lengths to make the actress as comfortable as possible, while at the same time allowing her to give her best performance.

Actresses should be between the ages of 18 and 29.

Please respond if you are the one we are looking for!

Compensation will be discussed on a case by case basis.
